"One Size Fits All" doesn't apply to you or your organization. Every project begins with a telephone conversation, or where the distances are manageable, a face to face meeting. We will discuss, in detail:

Your intended audience and how to reach them
Your specific needs
Your expectations
Your timetable
How you would like to maintain contact
Protecting the confidentiality of your work

Rates

Because each project is unique, charges may be based on an hourly, per-page, or project rate to meet your needs.

If travel is required, driving and flying time are charged at $30.00 per hour, up to a maximum of 8 hours per day. Applicable mileage is charged at the prevailing Federal rate.

Reimbursable expenses will not be incurred without your written approval.

Any work that is subcontracted will be discussed in detail with both client and subcontractor, with charges, schedules, and deliverables firmly established before work is begun.

Invoicing is ordinarily done monthly to your purchase order, although other arrangements can be made. Billing at more frequent intervals is available on request.
